Office and Sales Support

An experienced Office Manager who understands that problems have to be solved in real time staffs our office. While paperwork and other necessary items are taken care of efficiently, the Office Manager is always aware that it is clients who make our business. A client can always expect a courteous, prompt response from our office team.

Project Estimation

MBC has an estimator dedicated solely to the service of providing an estimated price for your project. The estimator will initially consult with the client over the telephone. On arrangement, the estimator will visit the client and the job site to assess the project requirements. Photographs are taken for further reference. The estimator will then construct a complete and detailed proposal explaining what service MBC is expected to perform. Most competitors' proposals are very vague and can be full of surprises for the client after the project is awarded. Too often this can result in costly changes to the order. MBC endeavors to inform the client as accurately as possible and eliminate unexpected expenses.

Quality Workmanship

MBC takes pride in their workmanship and strives to exceed the quality provided by the average general contractor. The client can confer directly with the owners and is encouraged to visit the office to discuss any aspect of a project before, during and after the project is complete.
