No full service business is without subcontractors. MBC chooses its subcontractors because of their ability to provide quality work, timely work and the financial strength and resolution of post construction issues. MBC will always stand behind their work.

Maintenance Equipment

MBC owns and operates all the equipment necessary to maintain building and grounds issues. We have two new heavy duty pickup trucks with snow plows for snow maintenance. MBC has a flatbed stake truck to haul our own materials and to pull trailers for onsite storage of work equipment.

State of the Art Technology

MBC has the latest technology in the office to ensure work is processed efficiently. MBC has invested in a new blue print-copying machine to issue prints for customers and subcontractors, which can be used to copy many sizes of prints. Electronic drawings can be sent from architects or engineers directly to our blue print station. We can also send electronic prints. Unlike some contractors, we have a fax machine, copier and telephone system. A majority of employees have cell phones, so whether they are on the job or in the office our client's questions can be answered immediately.

New Office and Work Shop

MBC has just built a new office and workshop. We take pride in our workmanship and feel that our office should represent the quality of work we are capable of. Our workshop consists of various materials, working machinery, in stock supplies and construction materials.
