CMA is a 21.200 SF structural steel framed medical office facility with, fiber cement exterior panels & planks, EPDM roofing system, over 1,475 SF of storefront glazing. The interior consists of 55 exam rooms, various additional labs, offices, break rooms, and restrooms, acoustical ceilings throughout. Most of the rooms included running water & drainage, millwork, and solid surface countertops. Site preparation included the removal of the old Wilcox Tire facility and clean-up of the site, extensive fill, site drainage system, and over 50,000 SF of asphalt paving.
