Marshall Machinery is 17,600 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for a Kubota tractor supply and repair. The sitework on the project included the removal of good portion of a small mountain, over 75,000 cubic yards of soil and rock, the installation of over 59,500 sf of asphalt drive and parking, an additional 93,565 SF of gravel for equipment staging, lighting, drainage systems, sidewalk, and landscaping, The PEMB facility included a wash-bay for equipment, a 5800 SF service area with 8″ thick concrete and radiant floor heating and on overhead crane system, and approximately 7800 SF of office, parts, and showroom floor space.
